How long will my driver wait for me?

We offer a complimentary waiting time, meaning that our driver will wait for you for that amount of time without any extra charges. Our complimentary waiting times for pickup from the Airport is 60 minutes and starts counting from when the plane lands. For example, if your plane lands at 13:00, our driver will wait for you till 14:00 with no extra charge. We estimate that 60 minutes complimentary waiting time is enough time for you to go through customs, baggage claim, etc.

After the 60 minutes complimentary waiting time, we charge 10€ for every 15 minutes of wait time.

What if my flight is delayed?

In-case your flight is delayed or changed, please use the quick contact us button found on the bottom right to contact and inform us about the delay. You can call us or send us a message via WhatsApp (recommended) or SMS.

And you don’t need to worry, we will track your flight and your scheduled pickup time or your assigned driver will be changed accordingly without any extra charge. And in the case where we can’t accommodate the delays, we’ll let you know so you can look for another transfer service.

Where should I meet my driver?

The driver will be waiting for you at the waiting hall with a sign bearing your full names used in the booking. If you want us to use another name or your company name, please contact us.
The waiting hall is found at the exit of the baggage claim area. So after collecting your luggage, you need to walk a few minutes to the waiting hall.

I can't find my driver, what do I do?

If you can’t find your driver, no worries, just stay at the waiting hall (DON’T GO OUT) and contact our support team and they will help locate your driver for you. Use the quick contact us button found on the bottom right to contact us. You can call us or send us a message via WhatsApp (recommended) or SMS.

What are the vehicle capacities?

To avoid surprises and extra cost, please it’s very important to indicate all the number and type of luggage you have, so we can confirm if they will fit into the booked vehicle. Find below estimated vehicle capacity for each vekicle. In case of any doubts, please contact us.

  • Car (Passengers: 4, Big luggage: 2, Small luggage: 2)
  • Van (Passengers: 8, Big luggage: 6, Small luggage: 3)
  • Minibus 16-seater (Passengers: 16, Big luggage: 10, Small luggage: 5)
  • Minibus 25-seater (Passengers: 25, Big luggage: 15, Small luggage: 5)
  • Bus 42-seater (Passengers: 42, Big luggage: 28, Small luggage: 10)

How much do you charge for baby car seat?

We charge 5€ per baby car seat. Please let us know your child’s age, weight and height to reserve the right seat fro your child.

How much do you charge for extra stops?

We charge 10€ per extra stop. Please note that the extra stops cannot be more than 5 km from the ride trajectory. And maximum waiting time for extra stops is 15 minutes.
