The services are published on the Riders platform. Riders who have an account on Riders EasyB&O will have a list of available services at their disposal. They can freely decide whether or not to accept a service, so there is no obligation or restriction on time or day.
How do I receive orders? Does the platform use any algorithm to assign services to riders?
Once a rider has an active account, they have a WebApp on their mobile. On the main screen, they can see a list of available orders. When selecting an order, the details of the service are displayed, and the rider can accept it if they wish to perform it. Once the service is accepted, it is assigned to that rider, and the order disappears from the list for other riders.
The platform does not use any algorithm to assign services to riders; it is not based on geolocation or the rider’s seniority on the platform. Simply, the first one to accept the service gets it . Ideally, each rider should accept services in their area, optimizing their time and efficiency. In addition, it is not possible to accept a new order until the current service is completed.
Can I cancel an order acceptance after accepting it?
It is very important to pay attention when accepting a service, since normally, when a service is published, it is to be delivered within a short period of time. Cancelling the acceptance and assigning the order to another rider may mean a delay in the collection and delivery of the order.
