Riders is an Easybno logistics brand that manages the platform’s delivery services to customers and local businesses. Order or send anything you need, whether on Easybno marketplace or from non Easybno partners and our riders will pick it up and deliver it in minutes.
Easybno is a marketplace where you can book or buy services or products from local businesses online: restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, etc.
Who are the riders?
The riders are independent professionals Couriers connected to our platform. Together with a smartphone and their own vehicle, they’re eager to help you with your tasks as quickly and effectively as possible.
How do I place an order?
You have two options to place an order:
1. Buy something directly from our marketplace: restaurants, groceries, supermarkets etc. We partner with local businesses to make it easy for you to place an order.
2. Request for something (Anything): You can’t find what you need on on our marketplace? No worries, order anything from anywhere and we shall have it delivered to you in less than no time. Just tell us what you need done by filling out the gig form.. Once you submit a request, you will receive free offers/quotes from our riders. Choose any of the offers, pay and that’s it! The rider will get what you need and have it delivered to you.
How much does delivery cost?
If you buy from an Easybno partner on our marketplace, the delivery cost is set by the local business partner. They set the delivery cost based on kilometer range which on average is about 1,50€ for 0 – 3km, 2€ for 3.1km – 5km etc.
If you buy from a non partner, the delivery cost is set by the rider.
Here’s how it works: Once you create your request, riders on our platform get notified and they will start sending you their offers. Depending on the task, their pricing is usually based on the time and the kilometer to be covered to do the task. So the delivery cost for non-partner orders depends on the task involved.
Do I need to pay in advance for non-partners orders?
Yes, you need to have Bizum to use this service. You will have to send to the rider by Bizum the estimated cost of the items you need him to buy + his fee for the service. In the case ….
