Placing Orders and Requests

3. How do I place an order?
You have two options to place an order:

  1. Marketplace orders: Buy directly from our marketplace, which includes restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, and more. We partner with local businesses to offer a wide range of items.
  2. Request anything: Can’t find what you need on our marketplace? No problem! Just fill out our gig request form with the details of your order. Once submitted, nearby riders in our network will be notified, and the closest available rider will accept and complete the delivery for you.

4. Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, you can schedule orders or requests for a future date and time through the platform, allowing you to plan your deliveries ahead of time.

Payments and Fees

5. How can I pay for my orders?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets. You’ll be able to securely complete your payment when checking out through the platform.

6. What fees should I expect?
EasyB&O does not charge clients. We charge the local businesses and riders a small comission for each transaction.

7. Are tips mandatory?
Tipping is entirely optional but highly appreciated by our riders. You can choose to tip when completing your payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

10. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but it depends on the progress of your request. If the rider or vendor hasn’t started preparing or processing your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Check the status of your order in the app for more details.

11. What happens if my order is wrong or incomplete?

Riders is an EasyB&O logistics brand that manages the platform’s delivery services to local customers and businesses. Order anything from the EasyB&O marketplace or your favorite store and Riders will pick it up and deliver it in minutes.


How to join

How can I join?

It’s very simple, go to Riders EasyB&O and register your account or contact us directly.

In order for your account to be activated, please send your billing information: (Full name, Address, DNI/NIE, Telephone, Email and IBAN). Attach a PDF or photo of the following documents to: riders@EasyB&O.com
1) Self-Employed Registration;
2) Receipt for your motorcycle/car insurance;
3) DNI

Once your documents have been verified, we will register you on the platform to receive orders.


What are the requirements to be an EasyB&O rider?

1. Be registered as self-employed in the following activities: CNAE Main activity: 5320 – Other postal and courier activities IAE 1*8495 – Courier, Delivery and Delivery Services.

What kind of services are there?

At EasyB&O, riders can access two main types of delivery services, designed to offer variety and flexible working opportunities: PARTNER and USER .

1. PARTNER Service

This service is intended for businesses that sell their products through our Marketplace . As a rider, you will receive delivery requests from these businesses, who trust EasyB&O to get their products to customers quickly and safely.

PARTNER service features :

  • Deliveries planned and organized directly from businesses registered in the Marketplace.
  • A steady stream of orders from local businesses that need deliveries on a regular basis.
  • Fair and transparent rates, ensuring that each delivery is profitable for both the business and the rider.
  • Possibility of working with various types of products, such as food, pharmacy products, supermarket items and more.

Working in the PARTNER service means you are helping local businesses expand their reach and customers, contributing to the growth of the local community.

2. USER Service

This service offers a personalized delivery experience for Marketplace customers , who can request specific pickup and delivery services, called Personal Shopper . This type of service allows customers to request specific tasks or errands from businesses that are not on the Marketplace or any other delivery activity they need.

Features of the USER service :

  • Personalized pickup and delivery : Customers can post errands on the Riders website, requesting services tailored to their individual needs.
  • Flexibility in task selection : As a rider, you have the option to choose the errands that best fit your schedule and preferences.
  • Variety of tasks : The services requested can range from making a quick purchase in a specific store to picking up an order at an establishment not registered in the Marketplace.

With the USER service, you can enjoy greater flexibility and variety in your deliveries, adapting to the specific requirements of each client and offering a personalized service for each task.

Orders

Are there any obligations regarding hours or days of service?

EasyB&O Marketplace is a platform that allows businesses to sell their products and, together with the EasyB&O Riders platform, they can also provide home delivery to their customers. The services are published on the Riders platform. Riders who have an account on Riders EasyB&O will have a list of available services at their disposal. They can freely decide whether or not to accept a service, so there is no obligation or restriction on time or day.


How do I receive orders? Does the platform use any algorithm to assign services to riders?

Once a rider has an active account, they have a WebApp on their mobile. On the main screen, they can see a list of available orders. When selecting an order, the details of the service are displayed, and the rider can accept it if they wish to perform it. Once the service is accepted, it is assigned to that rider, and the order disappears from the list for other riders.

The platform does not use any algorithm to assign services to riders; it is not based on geolocation or the rider’s seniority on the platform. Simply, the first one to accept the service gets it . Ideally, each rider should accept services in their area, optimizing their time and efficiency. In addition, it is not possible to accept a new order until the current service is completed.

 


Can I cancel an order acceptance after accepting it?

It is very important to pay attention when accepting a service, since normally, when a service is published, it is to be delivered within a short period of time. Cancelling the acceptance and assigning the order to another rider may mean a delay in the collection and delivery of the order. In order to provide a good service, it would be preferable not to accept an order if you are not sure you can complete it. In any case, if you have accepted an order and something unforeseen arises that prevents you from continuing with the service, inform us immediately by phone or WhatsApp at (644736317).

Rate, commission, payout

How are rates calculated and how much does the rider earn for each service?

At Riders EasyB&O , prices are set and agreed upon by the riders themselves, ensuring fair rates for both businesses and riders, and maintaining a competitive and sustainable model. The system automatically calculates the price of each service using the following parameters:

  • Base rate : €3.00
  • Price per km : €0.50

Additional costs :

  • Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) : €1.50
  • Peak hours (14:00 – 16:00 and 20:00 – 23:00) : €1.00
  • Bad weather days : €1.00

Example of rate calculation
For a 5 km pick-up service (from the premises to the customer) carried out on a Saturday at 2:30 pm on a rainy day, the rider will earn the following:

  • Base rate : €3.00
  • Distance traveled (5 km x €0.50) : €2.50

Additional costs :

  • Weekend (Saturday) : €1.50
  • Rush hour (14:30) : €1.00
  • Bad weather day : €1.00

Total for the rider : €9.00 + VAT (10%)

This model allows to cover basic costs, adequately reward riders and offer a quality service in any condition, optimizing the relationship between price and value.


How much commission does the platform charge and do you pay to use it?

To ensure that riders maintain a fair profit, the platform charges a small monthly fee of €5 plus a €1 commission for each completed service . This fee structure allows riders to maximize their earnings while using a reliable and efficient platform to manage their services.

Invoicing

How does the billing and payment system for completed services work?

The rider invoices partners and clients directly for the services performed. The platform, in turn, invoices the rider for the corresponding commission. Service reports can be downloaded from your account on the platform.
